All of our clinics are approved by all major private medical health insurance companies.
Please ensure that you have completed the prerequisite tasks required by your insurance company before commencing any treatment at the clinic. This may include a GP or consultant referral letter.
Please ensure all insurance details are brought to your first appointment to allow us to invoice your insurance company directly.
Please note that if claiming through your medical insurance or other intermediary, you will be liable to pay us directly for any shortfall in your cover; this may include an excess on your policy or a non attendance charge.
If, for any reason, the insurance company decline payment, you will be required to settle your account with us directly and then address the matter with your insurance company personally. If you have an excess on your policy or you have reached the limit on your policy, payment must be made to clinic with 14 days of you being notified of this.
